Carleen Fletcher | Campaign Development Analyst

Carleen is a member of the TruStage Campaign Execution team and participated as subject matter expert on the Contact Optimization Project to improve direct mail circulation and increase revenue. She displayed extreme focus to identify, analyze and solve problems to deliver a smoother circulation experience for members. Carleen’s contributions helped the team to achieve ambitious results earlier than expected and realize significant revenue growth for TruStage with $5 million in additional new annualized premium (NAP), and a projected annual impact of $14 million. She continues to improve operations and deliver results that are beyond expectations.


Ken Sidikman | Actuary, Corporate Actuarial – P&C

Following the departure of his manager, Ken took on substantial actuarial lead responsibilities as a member of the Crop sale team. In doing so, he led all communication with external parties, including ProAg, consultants, and employees of the federal government. Throughout the sale transaction, Ken’s diligent and enthusiastic presence injected stability and a high level of confidence throughout the process. As the only expert on the technical aspects of the product, Ken stepped up to contribute not only in securing the sale, but his contributions led directly to achieve a greater value in the transaction.


Amity Buck | Learning and Development Specialist III

Amity supports multiple activities throughout the Consumer Service Contact Center and worked on several big projects in 2014. From helping automate credit card payments and billing to reducing training time, when Amity sees a problem she immediately seeks to create a solution. Her innovative actions improved processes and training in her role as an Operations Lead. Because of Amity’s out-of-the-box thinking, training was streamlined and reduced by one week. Employees were more satisfied with their experience, and customer satisfaction increased because their issues were resolved during their first call. Amity took risks and encouraged us to think differently – and with her innovative ideas, success was inevitable.


Shawn Ainsworth | Claim Manager – SIU

Shawn is Claims Manager for the Special Investigative Unit (SIU). He led the team through a transformation to improve fraud investigations and bottom-line results. The SIU team lacked scale to provide the necessary training, support and timely investigations for 200+ Claims employees. Shawn made time to listen to the investigators and explore the challenges they faced. Recognizing their drive and passion for protecting our insureds, he quickly identified gaps and secured approval to deliver needed resources. In doing so, he established a positive working relationship with frontline claim staff and third parties, which has substantially increased referrals for all products. His leadership and vision for the SIU Team has resulted in significantly improved results, including substantial increases in referrals, retained benefits and investigations to deliver on our customer promise.
